Terms of service details

About this service

Judgment.dev is published by Darwinian Angel Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). It is the review layer for AI-agent actions — a workspace for turning consequential agent actions into reviewable, contestable, accountable cases. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid features require a subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content & case data

You retain ownership of the case records, rules, precedents and determinations you create in the service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate Judgment.dev on your behalf.

The service is a tool. It does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice and does not replace human authority over consequential decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service.

Intellectual property

The service itself — including software, frameworks, copy and visual identity — is © Darwinian Angel Ltd unless otherwise noted. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. Republication or training of machine-learning models on this content requires prior written permission.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately; you remain able to request an export of your case data for a reasonable period in line with our retention practices.

Privacy

We process only what is needed for the service to function. See our Privacy page for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
